These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Garvz.co.za website. By accessing and using the Website, you, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. Terms, Conditions & Indemnity
By signing the application for participation on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges the terms and conditions as set out herein, and indemnifies and holds harmless Garvz Sports Academy CC (The Provider) and their respective employees, consultants and coaches from any claims, losses, injuries and the like which they may otherwise have incurred, or pursuant thereto, irrespective of the cause thereof.
Terms and Conditions Relating to Refunds
Refunds will only be applicable for the remaining period of annual fees paid upfront, once one calendar month’s notice has been received by The Provider. The amount refundable will be the outstanding period less a calendar month (the notice period)
