Please note the fees for 2025 are R 840-00 per term (Grade 000 and 00) and R 920-00 per term (Grade R) and a compulsory annual admin fee of R 250 is required in advance and should accompany the first terms fees (Before the term begins payment is required). The term fees cover a minimum of 8 sessions per term.

Information regarding any condition confirmed in this questionnaire may be forwarded to the relevant Coach if it is deemed to be important for the child's health and safety at Garvz Sports Academy.
